Overview

The IES3208P is a high-performance industrial PoE switch designed to provide an integrated power and data solution for demanding remote networking environments. By combining 8 Gigabit PoE+ ports with 2 fiber uplinks, it enables the seamless deployment of high-bandwidth devices—such as IP surveillance cameras, wireless access points, and VoIP phones—without the need for localized power sources. This centralized power management significantly reduces installation complexity and maintenance costs in large-scale industrial layouts.

Industrial-Grade Reliability & Power Protection Engineered to thrive where standard switches fail, the IES3208P is housed in a ruggedized IP40 aluminum alloy enclosure. It delivers non-stop performance across an extreme operating temperature spectrum of -40°C to +85°C. To ensure mission-critical stability, the device features high-level EMI protection and redundant 48-56VDC power inputs, shielding the network from electrical surges, vibrations, and mechanical shocks common in oil & gas, mining, and outdoor traffic management.

Simplified Deployment & Smart Operation Designed for true plug-and-play functionality, the IES3208P requires zero software configuration, ensuring immediate network availability upon power-up. It automatically detects and provides the necessary power to IEEE 802.3af/at compliant devices, supporting a full 15.4W or 30W per port. Its versatile design supports both DIN-rail and wall-mounting, making it adaptable to crowded industrial cabinets or remote field enclosures.

• Dual Fiber Backbone: 2 x 1000Base-X SFP slots designed for high-speed data backhaul and daisy-chaining connectivity.
• Maximum Media Flexibility: The SFP slots are compatible with any MSA-compliant pluggable transceivers. AOA offers a full range of matching industrial-grade SFP modules to ensure optimal performance in extreme conditions.
