Overview

The Dome Fiber Optic Splice Closure is used in aerial, wall-mounting applications for the straight-through and branching splice of the fiber cable. The closure has four entrance ports on the end (three round ports and one oval port). The shell of the product is made from ABS. The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the clamp allocated. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused without changing the sealing material.

 

Features

• All property indexes are in accordance with the National YD/T814-1996 Standard.
• The case body is made from imported high-intensity engineering plastics(ABS) and forms the shape with mold plastics under high pressure. It is in the shape of Dome, with the advantages of less weight, high mechanical intensity, corrosive resistance, anti-thunderstruck, and long service life.
• The unique disposition of different cable loops (φ7~φ 22) enables users to choose different outer diameters according to actual conditions; It enhances the reliability of the cable entrance sealed.
• The shell and the base are sealed by pressing the silicone rubber with the clamp allocated. The entry ports are sealed by heat-shrinkable tubes. The closures can be opened again after being sealed and reused again without changing the sealing material.
• Overlapping fiber-melting tray and separate insulation earth unit make the disposition of the cores, expanding the capacity and cable-earthen flexible, convenient, and safe.
• Outer metal components and fixing units are made of stainless steel so that they can be repeatedly used in different environments.
